Yes, Mi Casa es Pooch Casa is INSURED by Pet Care Insurance.

What are your hours of operation? 

Our general hours of operation are between 7am-7pm. Services requested outside of these hours may be subject to afterhour fees.

What is your territory? 

Our general territory is between these major cross streets: Santa Monica Blvd., Wilshire Blvd., Robertson Blvd. & Highland Ave. We offer free pick up and drop off within this territory. Services outside our territory may be subject to drive time fees.

 

What form of payment do you accept?

Cash and check.

When do you expect payment? 

For as needed clients, payment will be due in full on the first day of service. For regular clients, payment is due at the end of each week or the end of service period.

Do you have references? 

Yes, references upon request.
