FREE INITIAL VISIT: This is a REQUIRED first step so that all of us (humans and pets) can get to know each other before service begins. At this time we will exchange paperwork (including basic client information questionnaire & contract for signature), obtain copies of keys and answer any questions.

CANCELLATIONS: Please give at least 24 hours notice or there will be a 50% charge for the first day of scheduled service.  

​

LAST MINUTE RESERVATIONS: Services requested after 7pm (the night before your scheduled service) or same day service will be subject to a $10 fee.  

​

EXTREME HEAT: If temperatures rise above 85 degrees on the day and time of your scheduled walk, we reserve the right to reduce walk time. The client will be refunded or credited on the next service. 

​

HOME SECURITY: Please insure that your home (doors, gates, fences, windows, kennels, etc.) is secure. Once we leave the premises, we will not be held responsible for your pet. 

​

NO OFF-LEASH WALKS: All walks and park visits must be on leash. Your pet's safety is our top priority.  

​

VACCINATIONS: Please provide copies of your pet's up-to-date vaccinations (Rabies, Bordetella, DHLP).  

​

I.D. & LICENSE: While in our care, please make sure your pooch wears a collar with up-to-date identification tags and license. 

​

UNWARRENTED AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR:  We reserve the right to refuse service if your pet demonstrates any aggressive behavior or bites. Bites must be reported to local authorities as provided by law and to the insurance company. The owner of the pet will be responsible for all medical care exspenses and damages that result from the animal bite.
